<\/h2>\n<\/h2>\nThe route has been modified, building on previous editions, to provide more excitement and has been designed to ensure participants can enjoy even greater doses of adventure<\/strong>\u00a0in a week that will be unforgettable for everyone.<\/p>\n The Winter 2023 will be held from December 1 to 9 and will start out from Ifrane, above 1700m. where verifications will take place on day 2, recovering the passage through the Atlas mountain range and ending in Merzouga, at the foot of the mythical Erg Chebbi dunes.\u00a0 200 teams have registered to participate in this Maroc Challenge, the highest participation in the history of the event.<\/strong><\/p>\n Crossing the Atlas means that in the first stages, cold, rain, mud and perhaps snow may be the main protagonists of the first two days.\u00a0 The varied terrain and weather conditions will increase the challenges but also provide opportunities to fully enjoy the adventure, driving and spirit that has characterised this event<\/strong>\u00a0throughout its history.<\/p>\n After crossing the Atlas, the Maroc will take on the spectacular tracks across the Plateau de Rekkam, where at the end of the second stage the now usual bivouac will be located.\u00a0 Talsint was the point initially chosen to establish the camp, but in the end it will be set up in Matarka, basically in the same location as in the Spring 2023.<\/strong><\/p>\n From Matarka you will proceed to Erfoud, where you will have first contact with the sand and dunes, without forgetting that the difficulties, as usual, will be adapted to the different categories.<\/strong>\u00a0 From Erfoud the event will continue on to Zagora then return the next morning with another marathon day completing the last stage and finally reaching Erg Chebbi, the dream ending for all those who take on the Maroc Challenge adventure and where the prize ceremony will take place.<\/p>\n <\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":" With this Winter 2023 the Maroc Challenge will celebrate its<\/p>\n","protected":false},"author":2,"featured_media":21029,"comment_status":"closed","ping_status":"closed","sticky":false,"template":"","format":"standard","meta":{"footnotes":""},"categories":[90],"tags":[],"class_list":["post-21034","post","type-post","status-publish","format-standard","has-post-thumbnail","hentry","category-noticias-en"],"yoast_head":"\n
