The 24th edition of the Maroc Challenge, to be held from November 28 to December 6, will start in Er-Rachidia, where the administrative and technical checks will also take place. After six demanding, challenging and intense stages, the adventure will finish at the foot of the Erg Chebbi.
Registrations opened on May 5 and the flood of applications has pleasantly surprised us, with over 120 participants confirmed in the first month alone.
The event is becoming increasingly international, and our challenge is to consolidate it as one of the benchmark amateur rallies held in Morocco. The 120 teams already signed up, from ten different countries, reflect the great potential of this adventure, which continues to expand its horizons. Spanish (54), French (28) and Portuguese (22) teams are the majority, but we also welcome participants from Italy, the United Kingdom, Belgium, the Czech Republic, Romania, Switzerland and Monaco.
The international scope of the Maroc Challenge comes hand in hand with a growing variety of registered vehicles, both in terms of preparation and performance. For the Winter 2025 edition, we already have eight Porsche vehicles, including iconic models such as the 911, the 928 and the Cayenne. This contrasts with the eighteen Citroën 2CVs registered in the new Raid C2 Pro category, and the wide range of vehicles taking part, whether two- or four-wheel drive.
Another highlight is the evolution of the SSV category, also known as Side by Side or buggies, which made its debut in the last Spring edition. In April, three such vehicles took part, and so far, seven are already registered for the upcoming Winter edition. This category shares the route with the Raid class, which runs through sandy and dune-rich areas — the ideal terrain for these types of vehicles.
All details about the new categories, how to register, and the deadlines to access the most affordable rates are available on our website.
